Express.js is a minimal and flexible Node.JS web application framework that provides a robust set of features for design and build web applications and APIs. For example, It can be used for simple BFF (backend-for-frontend) implementations logic - targeting simple data aggregations and Auth services. And by doing that, reducing cognitive load on the Frontend Engineers and at the same time leveraging backend teams.
